Wake up babe, new reading list just dropped.

Thirteen books have just been banned from every public school in Utah, with the school year about to start. Here's a link to the source.

Lynnwood Library may not be located in Utah, but it exists in a community that is facing similar reading bans and challenges. You may have noticed the "This Little Free Library shares banned books" sign attached to the post. So I'm happy to announce that I've ordered six of the books on this list, and will be placing them in the library when they arrive. I ordered the following books:

• “A Court of Thorns and Roses” by Sarah J. Maas

• “Milk and Honey” by Rupi Kaur

• “Fallout” by Ellen Hopkins

• “Tilt” by Ellen Hopkins

• “Oryx and Crake” by Margaret Atwood

• “Forever” by Judy Blume

Hopefully they fall into the right hands.
